With over three decades of experience in the healthcare staffing industry, Jen Rittenhouse Snoddy is a force to be reckoned with. As the visionary founder and COO, she has dedicated her career to transforming the landscape of contract staffing, specializing in per diem, long-term contracts, and travel nursing.
Jen’s journey began in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area, where she worked closely with acute hospitals, honing her expertise and building invaluable connections. In 1993, she discovered her true calling when she secured her first government contract with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR). This pivotal moment propelled her into a niche where she has consistently thrived, maintaining master contracts with correctional and psychiatric facilities and placing thousands of dedicated professionals—including nurses, psychologists, and a wide array of clinical and non-clinical practitioners.
What sets Jen apart is her unwavering commitment to personal service. She believes that every provider and client is equally important, fostering an environment where everyone feels like family. Her genuine passion for helping others shines through in every interaction, making her not just a leader, but a mentor and advocate in the industry.

Caitlin’s passion for behavioral sciences shines through in everything she does. With a career that spans from entry-level roles to becoming a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, she has a wealth of experience in applied behavioral analysis. Although she’s currently taking a step back to raise her young sons, Caitlin brings her unwavering dedication to the behavioral and mental health field to Elite. Her exceptional skills in managing high-level documentation for our doctoral candidates, combined with her keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through, make her an invaluable asset to our team. Amanda Black | Staffing and Scheduling Manager
With a decade of experience in the prison system and five years in agency recruiting, I bring a unique perspective to the world of healthcare staffing. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, and my lifelong passion for people drives my commitment to making a difference in this industry.
Previously, I served as the Director of Recruiting for a home health company, where I successfully managed the staffing and scheduling team. This experience reinforced my belief that effective staffing goes hand in hand with providing top-notch care. Early on, I developed a passion for healthcare and mental health, which continues to shape my approach to recruitment.
